Claire Allen C.FICB

Senior Partner

Claire Allen, the senior partner of team4, founded the business in March 2011. Her passion for providing an outstanding bookkeeping service to her clients has been the driving force behind the success of the business. She is fun loving and personable and truly lives up to the company values of honesty, team work and communication. She says, ‘I believe building close relationships with our clients allows us to really understand their business and to help them achieve their goals’.

She is an Account Manager who is our construction and CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) expert, and is a massive fan of Xero.

Caroline loves the variety of clients, which she works with, meaning that no two days are the same.

In her spare time, Caroline enjoys watching Motorsports and spending time with her children and grandchildren, and an occasional cheeky gin.

Toby Joyce

Toby our Management Accountant started with team4 back in February 2013. Toby’s role includes monthly management account preparation, financial reporting, departmental reporting, financial analysis, cash flow forecasting, budgeting and other ad-hoc responsibilities.

In his spare time, Toby likes to watch sport and documentaries.

Alison Perry

Account manager

Alison is one of our new account managers. She has been working with team4 for 5 years as a bookkeeper. Alison is a big Xero fan but also has experience with Sage and QuickBooks.

Ian Walden

Onboarding Manager

Ian is an AAT qualified accountant and self-confessed systems nerd. He specialises in understanding and optimising your financial processes and systems, tailoring the bookkeeping process to your business and the information you need to see. Calls with Ian may often be interrupted by his and Kate’s two cats, Poppy and Bramble, so keep an eye out for them!

Away from the desk, he can usually be found exploring outdoors, or nose-deep in a book of history, or indulging his embarrassingly expensive taste in wine.

Nicky enjoys spending time with her two granddaughters. She also loves walking and trying to keep fit.

Becky Young

Bookkeeper

Becky has been a member of team4 for 3 years and heads up the West Sussex branch. Becky’s enthusiasm for providing the best service to her clients comes from her extensive background in customer service.

ICB certified and Xero accredited, Becky enjoys the continuous evolution of the bookkeeping world and always dives into any learning opportunities to increase her knowledge and stay up to date with new innovations.

Outside of work, Becky can be found outside with her 3 dogs, wondering along the South Downs, or simply curled up with a good book.
